Cottage Cheesecake

Makes 1 Serving. Each Serving: 251 Calories; 33C/2F/28P

Ingredients

  • ½ cup 1% Cottage Cheese
  • ½ cup Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tsp No Sugar Added Jello Mix (I like white chocolate)
  • 1 cup Frozen Berries

Instructions

  1. Blend the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt and pudding mix in a blender.

  2. Thaw berries and stir into mixture

  3. Enjoy!
