Don’t go to Starbucks, save yourself the calories and money with this one!

Protein Frappucino

Makes 1 serving. Each serving: 224 Calories; 22C/3F/30P

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Ice
  • 70 g Banana
  • 1 cup Cold Brew or Cold Coffee
  • ¾ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder
  • No Sugar Added Syrup to sweeten to your liking (I use the Starbucks Sugar-Free Vanilla)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until mixed well.
