Greek Yogurt Fluff

Makes 1 Serving. 173 Calories; 13C/1F/23P

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg No Sugar Added Jello Mix you can pick whatever flavour you like best, I used cherry
  • 1 cup 0% Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • Sweetener I used Stevia
  • Water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Boil 1/2 cup water. Once boiling take off heat and stir in Jello mix. Once completed dissolved add 1/2 cup cold water and a couple handfuls of ice cubes to cool it down. Keep stirring the ice cubes until the mixture is cool.

  2. Once it has a cooled remove the remaining ice cubes, fold in yogurt and sweetener.

  3. Place in the fridge for a few hours until it has set. I like to then stir mine up before adding a bit of light whip cream or light Cool Whip (whipped topping not included in nutrition information)
