Cinnamon Twists

Cinnamon Twists
Makes 10 Servings. Each serving: 79 Calories; 11C/1F/4P - 2 Fiber
Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 cup Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 10 g (5 packed Tsp) Brown Sugar Substitute (I used Splenda)
- ½ tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Butter, melted
Instructions

Pre-heat air fryer to 400F (alternatively you can also use your oven).

Mix together flour and greek yogurt. Stir until all of the dry has been mixed in and you can form a ball out of it with your hands.

Break apart the dough into 10 even pieces.

Roll each piece out on the counter with your hands until it becomes long and skinny. Twist the string into your desired shape.

Air fry or bake for 10 minutes.

Once baked brush the front and back of each twist with the melted butter.

In a larger freezer bag combine your cinnamon and brown sugar.

Put all of the pieces in and shake until they are full coated.
