Apple BBQ Pulled Chicken

Apple BBQ Pulled Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 1 cup No Sugar Added BBQ Sauce (I Like G Hughes & Sweet Baby Ray's)
- 1 Gala Apple, Sliced or Chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
Instructions

Mix all ingredients together in slow cooker.

Cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Once tender, shred meat with two forks in the sauce.
