Apple BBQ Pulled Chicken

Apple BBQ Pulled Chicken

Makes 4 servings. Each serving: 315 Calories; 14C/9F/46P

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 1 cup No Sugar Added BBQ Sauce (I Like G Hughes & Sweet Baby Ray's)
  • 1 Gala Apple, Sliced or Chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in slow cooker.

  2. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.

  3. Once tender, shred meat with two forks in the sauce.
