Barbacoa Beef

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Sirloin Tip Roast
- ½ cup Onion, Diced
- ½ cup Chicken Broth
- 1 (4.5oz Can) Diced Green Chilies
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- ½ tsp Round Cloves
- 2 tbsp Chili Powder
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.

Cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Pull apart the beef and mix it back into the sauce.

Serve on rice, cauliflower rice (or a mix of both!), or enjoy on a fiber-rich wrap.
