Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Makes 5 Servings. Each Serving: 319 Calories; 23C/15F/34P
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 2 cups Carrots, Shredded
- 2 cups Mushrooms, Diced
- 80 z Water Chestnuts, Chopped
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 3 tsp Sesame Oil
- ½ cup Low Sodium Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 2 tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter, Prepared (I used PB & Me)
- 1 tbsp Honey
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- 1-2 tbsp No Calorie Sweetener (Optional)
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.

Cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Shred chicken and mix back into sauce.
