General Tso Shredded Chicken

General Tso Shredded Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
- ⅛ cup Corn Starch
- ½ tbsp Olive Oil
Sauce
- 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
- ⅓ cup Brown Sugar Substitute (I used Splenda Brown Sugar)
- ½ tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter, Prepared (I used PB2)
- 3 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 tsp Sriracha
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
- ¼ tsp Ground Ginger
- ½ tsp Crushed Red Pepper
Instructions

Mix together sauce ingredients.

Once sauce is mixed add all of the ingredients into your slow cooker and stir together.

Cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Once tender shred meat with two forks in the sauce.
