Ranch Chicken Tacos
Makes 4 servings. Each serving: 242 calories; 4C/6F/45P
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
- ¼ cup Chicken Broth
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Cumin
- ½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Oregano
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
- 1 tsp Dried Dill
Instructions

Add all ingredients to your slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Once cooked shred chicken and mix well in slow cooker.

Top your favorite fiber rich tortilla (I like Orowheat) and enjoy!
