Taco night just got even more delicious

Ranch Chicken Tacos

Makes 4 servings. Each serving: 242 calories; 4C/6F/45P

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
  • ¼ cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Cumin
  • ½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Dried Dill

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to your slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours.

  2. Once cooked shred chicken and mix well in slow cooker.

  3. Top your favorite fiber rich tortilla (I like Orowheat) and enjoy!
