Mexican Salad

Ingredients
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 1 Avocado, Cubed
- ¾ cup Whole Kernel Corn, Drained
- 1 Tomato, Diced
- 1 cup Cilantro, Finely Chopped
- 1 Red Pepper, Chopped
- 1 Cucumber, Chopped
- 5 Green Onion Stalks, Diced
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- ¼ cup Lime Juice

Once all ingredients are diced and chopped, mix in a large bowl and stir in the lime juice and seasoning.
