Deliberating the protein chocolate bar

Are healthy chocolate bars a thing?

Many of you have seen the Mars, Snickers and Bounty protein bars hitting the shelves at your favourite local supplement stores. What some people may have misconstrued is that they are seeing them as a weight loss or health food. These delicious treats ARE a healthier option to a regular chocolate bar but people can’t confuse that they should be eating these over whole foods to promote their weight loss goals. Do I eat them? Heck ya I fit them into my day from time to time as a treat. A Mars Protein Bar has 200 calories, 4.6g of fat, 22g of carbs, 19g of protein and 13g of sugar in it compared to a regular Mars bar that has 260 calories, 10g of fat, 40g of carbs, 2.5g of protein and 34.6g of sugar in it.
