Mocha Cheesecake Cookies

Classic flavours of chocolate and coffee are combined with decadent cream cheese for a protein packed cookie! 

 

Mocha Cheesecake Cookies

Makes 9 Servings. Each Serving: 63 Calories; 1F/3C/11P

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Fat free cream cheese
  • 3 Scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 1 Packet Starbucks Via instant coffee
  • 1/4 Cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325.

  2. Combine the protein powder with the instant coffee and water.

  3. Add the cream cheese and mix until there are not any visible clumps.

  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray and spoon out 9 cookies (I recommend chilling the batter for a bit and using a chilled ice cream scoop to spoon them).

  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes.

  6. Err on the side of a shorter baking time, then stab one with a toothpick - if it comes out clean, you know they are done baking. Enjoy!
