Crab and Artichoke Dip

Crab & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 450 grams Crab Flavoured Alaskan Pollock
- 30 grams Shredded Light Mozzarella Cheese
- 4 Tbsp Light Parmesan
- 2 tsp Franks Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Chives, chopped
- 250 grams (14 oz can) Artichoke hearts (drained)
- 200 grams Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 90 grams Fat Free Cream Cheese

Preheat the oven to 400°.

Drain the artichoke hearts and chop fine. Chop the crab meat fine and add them to a medium bowl. Add the remaining ingredients.

Mix well then transfer into a shallow baking dish. Bake until the cheese is melted and the top becomes golden, about 30 minutes.
