Crab and Artichoke Dip

Who doesn’t love anything hot and cheesy?

 

Crab & Artichoke Dip

Makes 4 Servings. Each Serving: 275 Calories; 29C/6F/24P

Ingredients

  • 450 grams Crab Flavoured Alaskan Pollock
  • 30 grams Shredded Light Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 Tbsp Light Parmesan
  • 2 tsp Franks Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Chives, chopped
  • 250 grams (14 oz can) Artichoke hearts (drained)
  • 200 grams Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • 90 grams Fat Free Cream Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°.

  2. Drain the artichoke hearts and chop fine. Chop the crab meat fine and add them to a medium bowl. Add the remaining ingredients.

  3. Mix well then transfer into a shallow baking dish. Bake until the cheese is melted and the top becomes golden, about 30 minutes.
