Berry Oatmeal Bars

These Berry Oatmeal Bars are a quick, simple yet healthy snack. You won’t be disappointed.

Berry Oatmeal Bars

Makes 6 Servings. Each Serving: 137 Calories; 17C/2F/13P - 3g Fiber

Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Egg Whites
  • 1 Cup Berries (I used a mix of frozen Raspberries & Blueberries)
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Quick Oats
  • 1/2 Cup No Sugar Added Syrup (I used Walden Farms)

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 350

  2. Mix together dry ingredients

  3. Add wet ingredients and stir until everything is mix well

  4. Stir in your berries

  5. Spray an 8x8 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray

  6. Pour mix in and bake for 30-35 mins or until cooked
