Balsamic Honey Brussel Sprouts

Makes 3 servings. Each serving: 115 Calories; 22C/3F/4P

Ingredients

  • 300 gram Brussel sprouts Sliced
  • ½ tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • ½ tbsp Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients.

  2. Air fry at 400 for 8-10 minutes or bake in the oven at 425 for 20-25 minutes or until crispy.
