Berry Muffins
Makes 12 muffins. Each Muffin: 115 Calories; 21C/2F/6P
Ingredients
- ½ cup Granulated Sweetener
- 1¾ cup Oat Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Baking Soda
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 2 cups Frozen Berries, slightly thawed
Instructions

Combine and mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Spritz muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray.

Divide batter evenly into muffin tins.

Bake at 350 for 22-25 minutes.
