Eggs Benedict

Makes 1 Meal. 390 Calories; 32C/12F/40P

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Cup Egg Whites
  • 2 Slices Little Big Bread
  • 2 Pieces Lean Back Bacon
  • Sprinkle of Onion, chopped
  • Everything But The Bagel Seasoning (or whatever your favorite seasoning is).

Hollandaise Sauce Ingredients

  • Hollandaise sauce pack (I usually use McCormick or Knorr), make to instructions on package with:
  • 20 g Butter
  • 1 Cup Water

Instructions

  1. Make the hollandaise in a pot on the stove with the reduced amounts of butter and water.

  2. Toast the bread.

  3. Fry egg, egg whites & onion topped with seasoning in a pan spritzed with non-stick cooking spray.

  4. Lightly fry the back bacon.

  5. Layer back bacon and eggs on top of toast.

  6. Top with ¼ of the batch of cooked hollandaise sauce.
