Chicken Strips
Makes 12 strips. Each strip: 79 Calories; 6C/1F/11P
Ingredients
- ½ Cup Flour
- ½ Cup Panko or Breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 ½ Tsps Seasoning Salt
- ½ Tsp Pepper
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ Tsp Chili Powder
- ¼ Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Cup Egg Whites
- 500 g Chicken Breast, cut into 12 strips

Mix together dry ingredients

Dip chicken breast strips in egg whites then in dry mixture (I like to shake them in a ziplock bag in the egg whites then shake them in the dry ingredients in a different ziplock

Bake or air fry at 400 degrees until chicken is cooked crispiness is desired.
