Chicken Enchiladas
Makes 6 Servings. Each serving: 329 Calories; 20C/6F/45P
Ingredients
- 1 kg Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 Onion, Diced
- 1 can Diced Green Chilies
- 1 can Enchilada Sauce
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 can Black Beans, Rinsed & Drained
Instructions

Mix all ingredients into your slow cooker.

Cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Once cooked, shred chicken and stir into slow cooker sauce.

Serve on a fiber-rich wrap - my favorite is Oroweat!
