Makes 12 Muffins. Each Muffin: 87 Calories; 1F/14C/7P - 2 Fibre per serving
Mash your banana and mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.
Spray your muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray and divide the batter evenly into each of the 12 cups.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
