Boil 1/2 cup water. Once boiling take off heat and stir in Jello mix. Once completed dissolved add 1/2 cup cold water and a couple handfuls of ice cubes to cool it down. Keep stirring the ice cubes until the mixture is cool.
Once it has a cooled remove the remaining ice cubes, fold in yogurt and sweetener.
Place in the fridge for a few hours until it has set. I like to then stir mine up before adding a bit of light whip cream or light Cool Whip (whipped topping not included in nutrition information)
