Cookie Dough Balls
Make 11 Servings. Each Serving: 57 Calories; 8C/3F/.5P - 3.5 Fibre
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 4 Tbsp Xantham Gum (starch replacement to add fibre)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 Cup Walden Farms Maple Walnut Syrup (this is 0 calorie, but there are many other light options that may add more carb)
- 3 Tbsp Chocolate Chips
- 3 Tbsp Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Stevia (or sweetener of choice)
Instructions

Combine dry ingredients into a bowl.

Add your melted oil (or butter) along with the rest of the wet ingredients and stir until a thick dough forms.

Fold in chocolate chips and form into 11 balls.

Store in the fridge or freezer for freshness or bake into cookies if you prefer!
