Balsamic Chicken
Juicy, tender baked chicken with an easy homemade balsamic sauce everyone is sure to enjoy
Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 Cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp soya sauce
- 2 Tbsp Truvia Brown Sugar
- 2 Cloves garlic minced
- 1000 grams Boneless, skinless chicken breast, thawed

Combine minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, soya sauce in a shallow dish or Ziploc bag. Place chicken breasts inside the marinade.

Marinate the chicken in the fridge for 1-8 hours.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken and the marinade in a baking dish and cook for 45 minutes, basting the chicken occasionally while it cooks.

Remove from the oven once cooked through. Enjoy!
