Oatmeal Banana Protein Cookies

These protein cookies are pretty much as easy as it gets

 Peel and mash up your bananas, add a few more ingredients, bake and you have a great pre/post workout (or anytime) snack ready to go 🙂

Oatmeal Banana Protein Cookies

Makes 22 Sevings. Each Serving: 69 Calories; 1F/11C/6P - 1g Fibre

Ingredients

  • 4 Large bananas
  • 4 Scoops protein powder
  • 2 Cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Splash vanilla extract
  • Liberal amounts cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325.

  2. Mash the bananas together in a mixing bowl. If you have a potato masher use it, otherwise a fork is fine.

  3. Add all the other ingredients and stir.

  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.

  5. Spoon the batter into 22 cookies and bake for 18-20 minutes depending on your oven.

  6. Err on the side of a shorter bake time, then stab one with a toothpick - if it comes out clean, you know they are done baking. Enjoy!
