Banana & Blueberry Muffin Recipes
Kodiak Cake mix and Bisquick are used to make these healthy muffins that clock in at under 90 calories each!
Blueberry Muffins
Makes 12 Muffins. Each Muffin: 76 Calories; 0F/15C/3P - 1 Fibre
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Bisquick (you can also use Kodiak Cake Mix, the nutritional information would just be a bit different)
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened apple sauce
- 1/2 Cup Almond milk
- 3/4 Cup Egg whites
- 1/4 Cup Walden Farms Syrup
- 1 Cup Blueberries
Instructions

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the blueberries. Once everything is mixed well, fold in the blueberries.

Spray your muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray and divide the batter evenly into each of the 12 cups.

Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. Enjoy!

- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened apple sauce
- 1/2 Cup Almond milk
- 3/4 Cup Egg whites
- 1/4 Cup Walden Farm Syrup
- 1 Banana mashed

Mash your banana and mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.
