Cream Cheese Ranch Roll-Ups
Makes 7 Servings. Each Serving: 49 Calories; 1F/5C/5P - 1.5 Fibre
Ingredients
- 2, 8 Ounce packages Philadelphia Fat-Free cream cheese
- 1 Package Ranch dressing mix (I used Hidden Valley Ranch)
- 3/4 Cup Red peppers, finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup Green onions, finely chopped
- 1, 2.25 ounce can Chopped black olives (I didn't use them because I hate olives but know others like them!)
- 4 Protein Up Carb Down wraps
- 120 grams Light cheese (I used Kraft Light Cheddar Mozzarella)
Instructions

In a bowl, combine all ingredients except for tortillas.

Lay the tortillas out and evenly distribute the cream cheese mixture among the tortillas, spreading just shy of the edges.

Roll up tortillas; wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. If you're in a pinch, 4 hours will also do the trick.

Slice each roll into 7 slices before serving. Enjoy!
