Cream Cheese Ranch Roll-Ups

Makes 7 Servings. Each Serving: 49 Calories; 1F/5C/5P - 1.5 Fibre

Ingredients

  • 2, 8 Ounce packages Philadelphia Fat-Free cream cheese
  • 1 Package Ranch dressing mix (I used Hidden Valley Ranch)
  • 3/4 Cup Red peppers, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Green onions, finely chopped
  • 1, 2.25 ounce can Chopped black olives (I didn't use them because I hate olives but know others like them!)
  • 4 Protein Up Carb Down wraps
  • 120 grams Light cheese (I used Kraft Light Cheddar Mozzarella)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except for tortillas.

  2. Lay the tortillas out and evenly distribute the cream cheese mixture among the tortillas, spreading just shy of the edges.

  3. Roll up tortillas; wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. If you're in a pinch, 4 hours will also do the trick.

  4. Slice each roll into 7 slices before serving. Enjoy!
