Homemade BCAA Gummies

looking for a light pre, intra, or post workout snack?

I love trying new “fun foods” when they hit the supplement stores and after trying BCAA protein gummies, I knew I had to try my hand at recreating them. BCAA gummies are chocked full of protein with a full serving of branched chain amino acids in them. They are easy to make and are perfect for a fun summer time treat when you are working out hard!

BCAA Gummies

Made 38 Gummies. Entire Batch: 244 Calories; 0F/0C/58P

Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops BCAA flavour of choice
  • 6 Knox gelatin packs
  • 1 Cup Warm water

Instructions

  1. Pour water, BCAAs and gelatin packs in a small sauce pan.

  2. Heat on a low/medium setting for around 5 minutes until gelatin dissolves and product starts to thicken. 



  3. Place in molds.

 

  4. Freeze for 15-20 minutes or place in fridge for 2-3 hours. Pop out final products once set and 

enjoy!
