Red Lobsta-Esque Cheese Biscuits

Just in time to add one more dish to the Christmas-dinner menu ðŸ™ŠIf you like Red Lobster’s biscuits, here is a healthified version of them!

 

Red Lobsta-Esque Cheese Biscuits

Makes 10 Biscuits. Each Biscuit: 125 Calories; 17C/5F/4P

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Bisquick
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 60 grams Light cheddar shredded cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Skim milk

Instructions

  1. Cut the Bisquick in with the cold butter until it forms a coarse meal. Mix in garlic powder and cheese. Stir in milk until blended. Don't over mix it.

  2. Separate into 10 pieces and make a dough ball with each. Place on a pan spritzed with non-stick cooking spray. 

  3. Bake at 450 °F for 8-10 minutes.
