Red Lobsta-Esque Cheese Biscuits
Makes 10 Biscuits. Each Biscuit: 125 Calories; 17C/5F/4P
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Bisquick
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 60 grams Light cheddar shredded cheese
- 1/2 Cup Skim milk
Instructions

Cut the Bisquick in with the cold butter until it forms a coarse meal. Mix in garlic powder and cheese. Stir in milk until blended. Don't over mix it.

Separate into 10 pieces and make a dough ball with each. Place on a pan spritzed with non-stick cooking spray.Â

Bake at 450 °F for 8-10 minutes.
