High Protein Pizza Casserole

Ingredients
- 200 g Chicken Breast raw
- ½ cup 1% Cottage Cheese
- ½ cup Pasta Sauce
- 2 tbsp Light Parmesan
- ⅓ cup Light Shredded Cheese
- 1 cup Chopped Spinach
- 1 cup Peppers & Onions
Instructions

Cube, season as desired and cook chicken breast.

Sauté vegetables (can be sautéed right in the pan after the chicken breast has been cooked).

Blend together cottage cheese & pasta sauce.

In a small oven-safe dish mix chicken, vegetables and the blended mixture.

Top with the cheeses.

Bake or air-fry at 400 degrees until warm throughout and cheese has melted.
