Kodiak Muffins

Ingredients
Muffins
- 2 cups Kodiak Mix
- 1 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- ¾ cup Egg Whites
- ½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- ½ cup Splenda Brown Sugar
Icing (Optional - not included in nutrition information above)
- 2 tsp Sweetener
- ½ cup 1% Cottage Cheese (blend until smooth)
- 1 scoop Protein Powder
- ¼ cup Skimmed Milk
Instructions

Combine all muffin ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Spray your muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray.

Divide batter in 12 muffin tins.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

If adding the icing blend icing ingredients together, put in the fridge to thicken then top muffins once cooled.
