Cinnamon Roll Muffins
Makes 12 Muffins. Each Muffin: 109 Calories; 17C/1F/11P
Ingredients
- 1 cup 0% Greek Yogurt
- ¾ cup Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1½ cups Quick Oats
- ½ cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- ⅓ cup Truvia Baking Blend
- 6 tbsp Egg Whites
- 1 tsp Cinnamon plus more for topping
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

Add all of the ingredients to blender and blend well.

Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray and distribute batter evenly.

Blake for 15-20 mins.
