Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
- 1 kg Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
- 3 Bell Peppers, Chopped or Sliced
- 1 Onion, Chopped or Sliced
- 1 can (796 ml) Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Jalapeno, Diced (Seeds Removed)
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 3 tbsp Taco Seasoning
Instructions

Mix all ingredients into a slow cooker.

Cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix it back into a slow cooker.

Top a fiber-rich tortilla or add cauliflower rice to a bowl!
