Healthy Pumpkin Brownies
Makes 12 Servings. Each Serving: 50 Calories; 10C/2F/2P
Ingredients
- 2 cups Pumpkin Puree
- 4 tbsp Egg Whites
- ½ cup Cocoa Powder
- ⅓ cup Granulated Sweetener (I used Truvia Baking Blend)
- ¼ cup Chocolate Chips, Melted
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions

Mix together all ingredients.

Spray an 8x8 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and pour the batter inside.

Bake for 35-40 mins at 350, then allow to cool for 10 minutes before popping in the fridge for 2 hours to firm.

Cut into 12 slices and enjoy!
