Butter Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 kg Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 1 cup Diced Onion
Butter Chicken Sauce (Blend Together)
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 tsp Coriander
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Cardamom
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 (14.5 Oz) Can Light Coconut Milk
- 1 (6 Oz) Can Tomato Paste
Instructions

Blend together sauce ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Add to slow cooker and cook for 4-6 hours on low.

Shred chicken and mix into sauce.
