Orange Chicken

You won’t need Chinese take-out anymore with this dish!

Orange Chicken

Makes 7 Servings. Each serving: 335 Calories; 24C/11F/36P

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs

Sauce (Whisk Together)

  • 2 cups No Sugar Added Bbq Sauce (I like G Hughes or Sweet Baby Rays)
  • 1 cup No Sugar Added Orange Jam (I used Smucker's)
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce (I use the low sodium)
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Whisk together sauce ingredients.

  2. Pour sauce over chicken in slow cooker.

  3. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.

  4. Put on top of rice, cauliflower rice or a mixture of both with pepper and onion vegetable blend for the most volume!
