Turkey Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
- 500 g Raw Lean Ground Turkey
- 1 tbsp Seasoning Salt
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 2 cups Egg Whites
- Salt & Pepper as you please
- 6 Whole Wheat English Muffins
- 6 Light Cheese Slices
Instructions

Mix together ground turkey and seasoning and split into 6 patties.

Spritz frying pan with non-stick cooking spray and cook patties. Set aside for later.

Spritz baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and pour in egg whites and salt & pepper.

Bake egg mixture at 400 for 10 minutes.

Split english muffins apart.

Split baked egg whites into 6 portions and layer in between the english muffins halves.

Top with turkey patties and cheese.

Let cool, wrap up and freeze to reheat and enjoy for an easy breakfast.
