When she started eating the right amount of calories for her activity level, which included high intensity workouts but a very sedentary job, that’s when she saw the real magic happen.

It can be hard to reach your weight loss goals when you spent a lot of time in your vehicle driving places and this was exactly what Kaeley was experiencing.
