It took me years of failed diets and costly personal training before I finally figured out what actually works. I was overweight, out of shape, had no direction and no clue where to start.

FAQs

How long do I have to stay a member?

For as long as you like! Membership subscriptions renew automatically monthly, unless you wish to discontinue your membership. It is recommended to commit for at least 3 months, however. Please note that if you cancel your membership before the end of the first month this will forgo your check-in review.

Do I have to cut out carbs and sugar altogether?

No. I believe in moderation. You can meet your goals by following a diet of 70% whole foods and including 30% for sould foods. So yes, you can still have your pasta or pizza or wine or ice cream or foods you love and still make progress.

When should I expect results?

This is not a crash diet. It takes time and patience. Here you’ll learn healthy habits that you’ll be able to incorporate into your daily life so you won’t have to start another diet again. A minimum commitment of 3 months is recommended.

Is this suitable for pregnant women?

No, it’s not suitable for pregnant women.

Will I be provided with exercises to follow?

Yes! The workouts can be done with as little equipment as a pair of dumbbells.

Is this suitable for plant-based individuals?

Both memberships are provided with lots of food ideas, both meat and plant-based.
